求人不受理における自己申告書について
八幡浜看護婦家政婦紹介所（Job Net Work）への初回登録時に「改正職業安定法」における自己申告が必要になります。
求人者登録がまだの方は先に八幡浜看護婦家政婦紹介所（Job Net Work）への求人者登録をお願いします。
既に当事務所に求人者登録済みの方で「改正職業安定法」における自己申告が済んでない方は、下記のリーフレット・資料をお読み頂いたの後に下記の自己申告欄フォームへご入力して送信して頂くかダウンロードした自己申告書をFAXにて送っていただく必要があります。
